No. Senior Tribute Ads must be completed before payment can be made.
Can I pay for a senior ad with a check?
No. All Senior Tribute Ads must be purchased online. All major credit and debit cards are accepted (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex)
Can I split my Senior Tribute Ad into payments?
Yes, please choose JPay 3-payment option during checkout and purchase process..
Can I purchase a senior tribute ad if I have missed the final deadline?
No.
Should I use a specific web browser to create my Senior Tribute Ad?
Yes. For best experience, please use Google Chrome for desktop/laptop.
I was able to upload, but not place images in the design. What now?
Please use Chrome browser as instructed above.
When I try to place a photo, I receive a message that the image is not high enough resolution.
Images may be rejected for resolution if the orientation of the image does not match the design image. An image taken in vertical orientation (portrait) may not be high enough resolution to place in a horizontal orientation (Landscape) photo box.

Are there any specific file format and resolution requirements for designing a Tribute Ad?
Yes, all images must be high resolution at 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) or greater to be included in your Tribute Ad. Low resolution images will be rejected by the designer portal. Please be sure all images for ad design are JPEG format, high resolution and not watermarked.
If I submit an image that appears blurry or pixelated on my phone or computer, how will it print?
Blurry or pixelated images (originals) used to design the ad will result in blurry and pixelated images when the ad is printed.
My confirmation at checkout says my order will be shipped to my home. Will the ad be included in the yearbook?
Yes. All senior ads ordered via Jostens will be included in the yearbook and will not be sent to your home.

Why did I receive a notification that I have not ordered a yearbook when I have an email confirmation from Jostens?
- The parent name may have been entered at the time of purchase instead of a student name.
- The name at the time of ordering may have been transposed by the purchaser. *The First and Last name were entered in the wrong fields. Example: First and last Name of John Smith were entered by purchaser as Smith John.
- You may have ordered yearbooks for multiple students under the name of one student.
- You may have located a confirmation number from a previous year (Please verify month/year purchase date located in upper right of email confirmation.
- Your method payment may have been declined by your credit card company or accidentally disputed.
- You may have chosen the 3 payment option and one of the payments was declined by your credit card company.
- You may not have ordered a yearbook.
